We were looking for our second house and having the experience with a previous realtor in another city, we were also looking for a good realtor. We knew what a difference a good realtor would make. We went to quite a few open houses before having the opportunity to meet Mark Evernden. We are very picky but when we spoke to Mark, he impressed us on his market knowledge, honesty, attention to detail, and his investment know-how. His honesty and reliability really impressed us so we made our choice on him. Mark was extremely helpful, always on the lookout for the type of house we were looking for.
